Overall, I feel that my performance at the spring concert was successful. I think that the performances of all three songs went well, I think that my diction within the songs "Somewhere Only We Know" and "And So It Goes" was very good, however I do feel that it could have definitely have been improved in "All That Jazz". I feel that my diction wasn't as good within this piece due to my lack of confidence on certain lines within the song and as a result this caused my pronunciation to suffer.
However, I do feel that my performance of the harmonies within all the pieces was very good. I don't feel I faultered much at all and I didn't struggle to find the correct note at any point within the songs. This is something that I am very pleased about as I had struggled for many weeks before this with finding the correct harmony, but even in the rehearsals that day it was something that I didn't struggle with anywhere near as much as I had in previous weeks.
I think that my projection in both the rehearsal and performance was very good throughout the majority of the songs. Although, I feel there were moments particularly in "All That Jazz" where my projection wasn't as good, again I feel this due to a lack of confidence in certain lyrics more than anything else. I also feel that projection of my solo line in "And So It Goes" could have been improved upon a great deal within the actual performance. However, I feel that this is due to the music being played slightly differently to that within the majority of the rehearsals and not knowing exactly when that line should be coming in.
