Reflection On Winter Concert Performance (Treat People With Kindness/Heart Of Stone)

Rehearsal Check In: 30th November - Treat People With Kindness

What Was Successful? This week, I was able to successfully sing the chorus in the lower harmony which I was able to do by singing in a higher octave, allowing me to differentiate the harmony from the tune enough for me to accurately sing it. I was able to learn all of the lyrics for the song in a very short period of time ready for the Winter Concert next week.  What Needs Developing? I still need to work a great deal on singing the pre - chorus in the lower harmony. This is something that I have really struggled with as a result of the words being sung at a different tempo that is making it hard for me to recognise which notes and words need to be sustained and for how long.
